Shipping Policy
Processing & Delivery Times
Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days from the date your order is placed. Once your order ships, delivery typically takes an additional 3-7 business days depending on your location.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our facility.
Shipping RatesShipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
Free standard shipping on orders over $200 within the continental United States.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. International shipping is not available at this time.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package through the carrier's website or by logging into your DBAB Golf account.
Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot be responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us immediately at [[email protected]] - we'll do our best to modify your order if it hasn't shipped yet.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us and we'll investigate with the shipping carrier.
